Communiktor is designed for businesses of all sizes, but it’s versatile enough to connect both your WhatsApp Business and personal (classic) accounts. You are responsible for ensuring that your usage complies with all of WhatsApp's policies and local regulations.

The interface is currently available in English only. We may consider adding more languages in the future based on user demand.
WhatsApp Best Practices & Compliance
The most common reasons for a ban are negative user feedback, such as a high number of blocks or reports. You can prevent this by constantly monitoring user feedback and adjusting your content and targeting based on those signals. Additionally, ensure that your messages do not contain prohibited content and are not sent as unsolicited promotions, as this can lead to immediate restrictions from WhatsApp.
When you send a message through Communiktor, the name recipients see is the one you have set for your phone number on WhatsApp, just like in a regular chat. For a more professional branding experience, we strongly recommend using a WhatsApp Business Account. This allows you to set your official business name, which will be displayed to all users, even if they don't have your number saved in their contacts. This helps to build brand recognition and trust with your customers.
The 24-hour customer care window is a policy of the official WhatsApp Business Platform API. Communiktor is not an official WhatsApp product, so this specific rule is not technically enforced by us. However, you are still required to comply with all of WhatsApp’s policies regarding consent, privacy, and customer engagement.
Personal accounts can be used but are more sensitive to perceived abuse. You must be extra careful with consent, message relevance, and sending frequency to avoid restrictions.
Prohibited content includes anything illegal, dangerous, or deceptive. You should also avoid any products or services restricted under Meta's policies. Always review the latest WhatsApp and Meta policies to stay compliant.
If your number is restricted, immediately reduce or stop all non-essential messages, audit your message templates and audience targeting, and prepare any opt-in evidence. Then, request a review via Meta Business Support.
